Any tips on how I can stop swaddling my 6 months old baby?

Hi! I want to stop swaddling my baby without losing sleep over it! The thing is she grabs at her face really roughly so she doesn't sleep through if her little hands are left free... or maybe it's something that will come naturally over time? I'm just aware that it has to stop sometime!
