Why is my two week old moving allot in his sleep?

It's normal. My 21 mo old was the same way and still is. To this day, she moves all over the crib when sleeping and constantly makes noises. I would find her as an infant with her legs up in the air, sleeping with her legs stuck through the crib bars, rolling around in her sleep, etc. She would always wake up whimpering because she was stuck in the top corner of the crib. She went by the nickname "little worm" for her first year of life.
