When should I stop swaddling my baby?

My baby is 14 weeks and I would like to continue swaddling him at least until it warms up a bit (I live in Australia and it is currently winter,) I have heard you should stop swaddling them when they can roll and he can do that, but I also read in "The no-cry sleep solution" that is ok to continue to swaddle older babies and that swaddled babies sleep better. What should I do?
