What are some way that I can get a 4 in a half month old baby to sleep?

It could be that he's teething, my baby boy is the same age and he's a lot harder to get to sleep now than it used to be, he also pulls at his ear and rubs the side of his face. I got some teething powders and give him one after his feed, seems to settle him more
