My 3 day old newborn not crying?

I went through the exact same thing. My baby daughter would just sleep and sleep, we had so much trouble waking her up the first two days. And when we got her home she would just sleep, as long as she's eating regularly it's normal. As for the breathing babies breath rapidly because they breath with their diaphragm. The grunts are also normal, my baby is the noisiest sleeper she grunts all the time i was told that it was all normal. as for the clammy cheeks she may just be a little warm check the back of her neck and see if its sweaty if it is then she's too warm. If you really are worried pop to the doctor or your health care visitor and have them check her over.
