How long should you swaddle your baby?

My baby is 7 weeks old and I haven't been really swaddling her because its getting warmer and cause she has a heat rash. she doesn't really sleep much during the day but last week was rough and i needed some rest so my mom wrapped her up. and it worked she actually slept more then 2 hours during the day. so now im swaddling her and noticing shes sleeping more. should i continue doing this? even though its warmer outside?
