What should i do about my baby's fussiness?

When my son was first born i breast fed but i all of a sudden stopped producing. So we tried to the regular formula from similac. then because my son was throwing up we switched to soy. he was still extremely fussy at night (and still is) so last night i looked up colic. he has every symptom. the only thing he likes out of all the suggestions is being rocked. He hates swaddling cause we live in florida and it really hot and gets worst when hes hot. I hvae tried mylecon it doesnt help. I have even tried tummy soothers and gripe water he pukes it up. Then I red about this formula that is supposedly hypoallergenic i give it to him twice and he puked both times, which on the soy he doesnt, he just cries for hours and i mean hours. but then i read the back of the label on this hypoalergenic formula and its made from milk just broken down more. The doctor said he is really healthy and there is no real reason for him to be crying. Wat can I do to help him? of course im feeding him the soy again
