One month old fussy and wont stay sleep?

her sleep patern was okay the first 4 weeks , she wake up at 2 go to sleep then wake up at 6 then go to sleep but today she wont stay sleep and is fussy. its 4 in the morning and me and my husband still havent went to sleep. i dont know why she is so fussy . we fed her burp her changed diaper swaddled her held her. we would hold her and she would go to sleep 10 mins later wake up. what is going on. she dosent feel hot, is this normal???
