Is my child autistic? even if not what should I do?

My husbands son has PDD he's 9 and still can't speak clear. He's not a bad kid though the only thing I've seen him do is flip people off a lot. But I don't see him much and didn't meet him untill he was 7. I would look it up online then see if a friend could drive you to a doctor who can help you. My friends 3 year old is potty trained even at night, can talk perfect and is very well behaved and it sounds like your doing everything you can. I'm sorry it sounds like a lot of stress on you.
