7 week old not sleeping during day and no longer than 3 hrs at night?

My baby is 7 weeks 3 days, formula fed, and not sleeping during the day more than 45 mins 2xs. I put him down between 7-8pm and he sleeps for 3 hrs on the dot. Then is up every 2 hrs after that. He hates being swaddled, and gets too hot. He's eating between 3-4oz of formula every 2 hours. I'm so tired, any suggestions? My pediatrician said no more than 3oz at a time but he wants more.
