Atheists: If GOD isn't real, how do you explain the blood that seeps from the tiny hands of Baby Jesus'...?

palms in my statuette of HIM sleeping soundly in HIS swaddling clothes which I keep in my home-made altar to HIM? I've had the blood tested. Not surprising, it's type O negative which is the universal donor blood type which is used to save people. Coincidence? I don't think so.
