HELP! 2 month old has been up for 10 hours straight!?

Its now 5 am and this is the second night this week my 2 month old girl has stayed up all night. We are exhausted. This has not happened before. On Feb. 1 she had her 2 month immunization shots, we were told to give her Tylenol and have done so for the past few nights. She stayed awake from 2pm to 10 am on Wed. and now she has been up since 7pm. She falls asleep maybe for 15 min. here and there but nothing solid. We have fed her, changed her, burped her, swaddled her, rocked her, we drove around, NOTHING works. Any suggestions? I would feel terrible to let her cry it out but we are exhausted here.
