How to deal with cholic baby?
Try showers in the dark and gripe water, or teething tabs, (one is a liquid and one is a tablet form of the same stuff), babies r us has teething tabs and gripe water. They both work wonders, they have fennel, which is an anti inflammatory, and ginger, which is also an anti inflammatory, and them chammomile, which has a very calming effect. You can administer them both very frequently. Also, if you don't have a sling, buy one, wear her 24/7, whether she is asleep or awake, and at night, have her sleep with you. The constant contact is extremely calming and soothing for babies, she is close to mommy, she can hear your heart beat, your breathing , your voice right next to her, and smell you constantly, and it feels snug and comfy and soothing for her. And hang in there, at 3 weeks post partum, you are still hormonal and that is making this situation all the more stressful, but that part of it will taper off soon.
