How to know if she wants to cuddle?

I met this girl recently and I believe she is into me. The only problem is, is that she has a boyfriend of only three months. She is a traveling cheerleader asked me to come stay in her hotel with her. There is two beds in there and when we're watching tv, I'm not sure if she wants to cuddle or what because we are on two different beds. Before i got there she had mentioned she would kiss me if she wasn't in a relationship bc she is super attracted to me. I really like her and want to kiss her, bc a kiss can tell so many things about each other. how do i approach the cuddling and kissing situation?
