My 17 week old baby dosent like being swaddled anymore?

right now at this very moment my husband is trying to get her to sleep. she used to calm down when she gets into her swaddle blanket and go to sleep . but lately she has been breaking out of her swaddle blanket in the morning or at night or anytime she dosent want to be swaddle which is most of the time lately. Now she cries when we swaddle her. It takes a while to get her to calm down in her swaddle blanket because she keeps trying to get out of it . When we finally put her to sleep at night in the morning we look in her crib and she is broken free. We have the velcro swaddle sack if that helps. I dont know what to do . Is it time to get her off the swaddle. it is the only way that she will sleep but she dosent like it though. She startles herself awake without it. what do i do. how do i start putting her to sleep. last night I tried walking around with her but she would not sleep without the swaddle blanket but she hates being swaddled and cries. what do i do
