he is trying to get on your nerves and make you jealous, because he cares for you and he knows that you dont like the girl. so he is trying to get under your skin, but dont let him. let him know that you dont care, show it by walking away and not even noticing them. the less you notice them the less youll care, and just focus on yourself or make yourself busy all the time that you have no time what so ever to even worry about them.
