WIC Formula; What Can I Get?

I get Nutramigen on WIC. My doctor had to fill out the WIC form as to why...and I am also breastfeeding and they still cover it. They also cover my lactose free milk, as the doctor was worried about the cow milk protein not only in the formula but possibly in my breastmilk. Speak to your pediatrican, get the form from WIC, and you shouldn't have any trouble. If you do...ask to speak to the director of the local office. You really shouldn't have ANY problems, other than my grocery store has to have a manager come override it every time I go get the nutramigen. (due to the cost and not being what is normally covered). Best of luck
