What can i do to help my one year old sleep without being swaddled?
My husband still swaddles our one year old at night and she wont sleep otherwise but wakes up at midnight and wont go back to sleep until almost five AM she has a nap from 2 to 4 and nothing later putt her to bed about 8 to 9 what else can i do?
